Ausblick

Mit dem Projekt WeChange adressieren wir die zentralen Herausforderungen des demografischen Wandels in Unternehmen. Vor allem vor dem Hintergrund der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung unseres privaten und beruflichen Lebens, betrachten wir die Vemetzung von Prozess und IT-Wissen verschiedener Mitarbeitergruppen als einen wichigen Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Innovationfähigkeit in Unternehmen.
